Ashley Castillo joined Compass Law as an associate attorney in 2025. Born in New Jersey and raised in the Dominican Republic, Ashley brings a unique multicultural perspective to her practice. As the daughter of a Dominican father and a Colombian mother, she is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to diverse Latin American cultures. From an early age, Ashley was inspired by her parents’ commitment to serving their community –give by grace which by grace you have received. By high school, she knew she wanted to become an attorney. After graduating, her first job was at an immigration law firm in New Jersey. Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence with a minor in Psychology from Montclair State University. She later completed a Master of Arts in Law and Governance at the same institution. Ashley went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Ashley lives in Central Florida with her husband and their fur baby Mocha, a pincher terrier. She enjoys all things Disney and loves being involved with her local church, Journey Church.
