Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law is a unique method of resolving a legal dispute using a team of professionals, including two attorneys, a mental health therapist(s), and a certified divorce financial analyst to achieve a settlement.

Similar to mediation, the Collaborative process empowers the parties to customize a settlement that fits their specific family needs. When parties go to a judge, the ability to have a customized resolution is taken from the parties and the judge issues an objective one-size-fits-all ruling. Unlike mediation however, the parties receive the benefit and expertise of the collaborative professionals to customize their resolution to fit very specific and sometimes complicated needs.
